As a veteran or caregiver, there may be times when you feel like no one understands what you’re going through. Project Road Trip is here to make sure you know you are never alone.

Register for our free programs and connect with our supportive community. Join our members who understand your experience because they’ve walked in your shoes too!

Need a DD214 or service record?

Recent military service and medical records are not online. However, most veterans and their next of kin can obtain free copies of their DD Form 214.

These documents are available free to service members and their families. Click below to request the form you need.
